{Real Wedding} Jordan & Rob

It's wonderful to have another Low-country wedding from Savannah, GA, one of the pretties cities, in my opinion! Their wedding photos were shared by Diane L. Dodd.
Jordan writes; “Our first date was on Easter Sunday, April 2012.  We went to dinner and we were the couple who lost track of time and finally realized it was time to go when the waiters were cleaning up for the night.  I was so happy when he said he wanted to see me again, and he asked me out the next weekend.  Our second date was very memorable!  He picked me up and brought me a BEAUTIFUL bouquet of flowers, took me to dinner and then to the Oglethorpe Speedway for dirt track racing! Rob later told me that he felt like it was a risky choice, but I LOVED it and thought it was such a fun date. (We also had our first kiss that night too.)  Our third date was fishing, and it wasn’t long after that we both knew that we wanted to spend our lives together.  He proposed the day before his birthday in July 2013 and got married, well, you know.”
Rob is a Major in the US Air Force and has served 12 years in the United States Air Force as a C-130 Pilot and an Air Mobility Liaison Officer.  After pilot training at Enid AFB, Oklahoma and Corpus Christi NAS, Texas, Rob was stationed at Little Rock AFB with the 50th Tactical Airlift Squadron. While at Little Rock, Rob served 2 deployment tours and accumulated over 600 combat flight hours in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom as a C-130 pilot in Balad, Iraq.  In 2008, Rob was stationed at Ft. Stewart, Georgia as an Air Mobility Liaison Officer in support of the 3rd Infantry Division.  At Ft. Stewart, he was the lead Air Force adviser to the Commanding General of the 3rd Infantry Division on optimal employment of Air Mobility Command assets.  During his assignment, Rob deployed with the 3rd Infantry Division twice in support of both Operation Iraqi Freedom (Tikrit, Iraq 2010) and Operation Enduring Freedom (Kandahar, Afghanistan 2012). Thank you Rob for your service and Jordan for sharing your love story! Now for the gorgeous wedding photos!!
