{Real Wedding} Heather & James

Catherine of Woodland Fields Photography has shared a GORGEOUS Savannah wedding! She describers her style of photography as "a blend of photojournalism and portrait photography...I like to call it portraitjournalism. Portraitjournalism mixes artistic posed portraits with fun and natural shots. This blend of photography allows me to document a chapter in your story in a unique way, and I am thrilled to be writing the book through my camera lens!" She is available for travel world wide.

"It was a very rainy day at the Mackey House in Savannah. We had about 2 minutes to run outside and take photos during the time right after Heather and James’ first look. Heather was not phased, and if she was she didn’t show it. She just wanted to marry James. So the ceremony was moved under a pavilion the Mackey House has on property, and tents were put up on the deck of the house. Everyone had a good time even when the dark clouds tried to rain on their parade. I enjoyed the challenge of shooting a rainy day, though I LOVE the sun, it always is fun to have a change." explains Catherine. Thank you for sharing these gorgeous photos!
