Valerie describes, "Every Bride & Groom that I meet has a particular vision that they want their wedding to be. This is one of the reasons I love my job; I assist in making their dream a reality. Often times their vision is a representation of who they are as a couple and this couple really incorporated themselves in the details. Jekeva and Travis wanted their wedding experience to be that of a modern rose garden and they picked the perfect wedding venue: the Jacksonville Main Library. With its modern architecture, long staircases and open spaces, it was the perfect location for their rose garden with a contemporary twist. Every great wedding has a little element of surprise whether it’s with décor, a special groom’s cake or the dinner menu- this wedding had it all. It was a lot of fun working with Jekeva and seeing all of her DIY projects come to life. Travis built all the centerpieces by hand and Jekeva handcrafted a card box, six huge paper roses and their flower photo back drop. The wedding colors were from a contemporary palette of red, deep purple and grey. Jekeva & Travis, may your love bloom brighter and your companionship grow sweeter with each passing year. Congratulations on your wedding." Thank you Valerie for sharing their unique contemporary wedding.
